Product formats and *packaging solutions*

The choice of product format and packaging plays a crucial role in functionality, usability, safety, shelf life, and regulatory compliance. It also affects how the product is perceived, communicated, and ultimately used by the end consumer. Furthermore, packaging decisions significantly influence the environmental footprint of the final product.

Propellant aerosols

This high-performance format is available for all our product areas. We offer different types of propellant for spray and mousse products, and tin or aluminum containers in various sizes.

Bag-on-valve aerosols

BOV metal containers pressurized with compressed air separate from the product's other ingredients are available for different applications, such as shower gels and mists. 

Pump bottles

Bottles with pump lids are practical packaging formats in many product areas and we fill bottles in different materials, such as plastic and glass, and in various sizes.

 

Lid-top bottles

Bottles with screw caps, flip-top lids and disc-top lids are practical formats for many product types. We fill bottles in different materials, such as plastic and glass, and in various sizes.

Tottles

A bottle that stands on its lid — a tottle — is a convenient format for various liquids, creams and gels products. We fill tottles of different dimensions, primarily in plastic. 

Specialized bottles

We have the capability to manufacture products where the bottle lid has an integrated applicator, dropper or similiar, as well as premium fine fragrance bottles with unique shapes. 

Finger pump spray bottles

Finger pump sprays are frequently used packaging formats in several different product areas. Common materials for these type of containers are plastic, metal, and glass.

Trigger pump spray bottles

Trigger pump sprays are a grip-friendly container format for many types of applications. Common materials are plastic, metal, and glass.

Tubes

We fill tubes for many types of products. Our equipment handles plastic and metal tubes of different volumes and diameters, and ones with varying mechanisms of closure.

Airless packaging

An airless container eliminates your formulation's contact with air and  is often used for skin and styling products. We fill airless packaging with different dimensions.

 

Jars

We fill jars in a range of different sizes. The format is also optimal for hot filling of concentrates and thus suitable for waxes in addition to creamy formulations.

Sticks and roll-ons

We fill many types of sticks, deodorant sticks, and roll-ons — product formats that make it very easy for the user to apply the product.

Bags and refills

Bags and refill packs are a packaging option designed to reduce material usage. Filling is available in various sizes and formats.

Jerrycans and buckets

For larger unit volumes of e.g. liquids, oils and pastes, we can fill your products in jerrycans or buckets. 

IBCs

When you need to contain and deliver larger product volumes for further handling by you or your customers, we can help you fill in IBCs (Intermediate Bulk Containers).
