Our food expertise focuses on spray-based formats designed to deliver precision, hygiene and ease of use in both professional and everyday settings — fully aligned with applicable food legislation and industry standards. Hygienic formats and flexible filling technologies

Our production supports food-grade filling using aerosol systems as well as bag-on-valve technology and compressed air, enabling separation between product and propellant. This allows for gentle handling of sensitive ingredients while ensuring consistent spray performance and extended shelf life.

We work primarily with oils, egg-based products and flavouring concepts, developing formulations that can be adapted to specific functional, sensory and usage requirements. Different blending possibilities allow products to be tailored for particular food types, cooking techniques or end-user needs.

Certified processes for food products

When working with food-grade products, we operate in accordance with HACCP principles to systematically identify, evaluate, and control potential risks to ensure product safety and compliance.

Unaro Nordic also holds an EU certification for the filling and packaging of organic food products. This enables brands to develop and produce organic spray-based food concepts within a certified and controlled process, aligned with current standards for transparency, traceability and quality.

In addition, we are able to create food products certified according to Halal.
